MedicalAlert issues their emergency help button in a black rubber case with an integrated band. My grandmother didn't like it so I made a 39mm case that accepts 20mm watch straps. When inserting the button hook it under one of the tabs and push. The other one will probably break but that's fine. I experimented with one tab but it didn't hold as well as I wanted.
