4/12/2020: Fix the gap in the forehead band near the closed top. Download the newest file and print immediately! The Face Shield is the best design I've found, based on models by HanochH and Alsolis. We made adjustments and refinements to get it just right - 100%! This design is easy to print and assemble while covering all clinical requirements. The closed top was crucial for ICU and Covid-19 Units intubating patients and causing aerosol exposure. Multiple hospitals in Broward County Florida have accepted this design, and we've refined it through multiple revisions and testing. We've distributed over 1,000 face shields to hospitals, nurses, doctors, nursing homes, pharmacists, EMTs, firefighters, police, city government, dentists, veterinary offices, and other at-risk workers.
