Medical Surgical Face Shield - No Tools or Hole Punch Needed - 32 Min Print Time! - PPE

4/12/2020: I finally fixed the gap near the forehead band. (Sorry it took me so long.) The Face Shield design by HanochH and refined by alsolis is the best design I've found, making it easy to print and assemble while covering all the bases. To make it even more comfortable for long-term wear, I created a new forehead pad. Doctors and nurses complained of pressure points on their foreheads after an hour or so. Hopefully, this revised version will solve the problem. I admit that my tinkering with Tinkercad wasn't perfect; if anyone can improve upon it, please do. This design is crucial for long-term wear of over one hour. 35 units can be printed from a single kilogram roll. I printed the Face Shield in PLA and used an 8.5x11 inch transparency or a 5-7 mil binder cover available at Amazon, Walmart, Office Depot, or by asking a teacher - they usually have some on hand. Please check out my video below for easy assembly and adjustment instructions. Rubber bands with a diameter of #16 and 2 1/2 inches in length, along with a thickness of 1/16 inch are required. Feel free to share this design; just don't make too much fun of it. I'm simply trying to help.
