Face Mask "Ear Saver" designs aim to ease discomfort caused by prolonged wear of mask straps on ears. Originally conceived for laser cutting from plastic sheeting, these designs have now been adapted into solid models suitable for 3D printing due to user demand. As a result of the shortage in plastic materials, I've resorted to cutting Sterilite storage containers made from Polypropylene (PP), with a nominal material thickness of 1/8 inch.
