Media Control Dial / Knob

So I originally just wanted to test out how Rotary Encoders work on the Arduino and then got the idea to create a bootleg Surface Dial. All you need for it is: Some soldering knowledge, an Arduino that fits into the base - Micro, ProMicro and Nano all work, although Nano sends keyboard commands and is a little harder to set up. I used a cheap China "Elegoo Nano" one for four bucks. A rotary encoder with a 6mm rotary diameter is also required.
