Medela Bottle Nipple Ring
thingiverse
This replacement ring serves directly for the yellow seal on a Medela bottle, holding the silicone nipple securely in place. Its design is almost identical to the original, but the top surface has been optimized specifically for 3D printing it upside down. The flat design, however, means that clear covers no longer fit over the nipple. UPDATE: In response to user requests, I've created a 'sturdy' version with walls increased by 1.5 mm in thickness. I have also provided the STEP file for the original part, so you can modify it as needed. Print the ring in ABS or another high-temperature material, at 100% infill, to ensure it can withstand sterilization through hot water and not absorb liquid within its walls. Since this component doesn't directly come into contact with milk but rather might touch the baby's mouth, consider the materials carefully for safe use.
