Mecreator2 bowden upgrade to E3DV6

I wanted to modify my Mecreator2 to use a Bowden extruder for some reason. I needed a few more slide bearings and that's it. It took me five tries before it finally worked out. The big problem was the slide bearing seat. To do this, the printer needs to be perfectly calibrated first. 1. And 2. The slide bearings need to be inserted into position. I managed to insert them using 2K glue from the mixer spritzer. They are attached to the rods and then fixed with 2K glue through the pre-printed holes in the slider. Not too much, or it will stick to the rods... It worked for me right away. I converted the original 40mm fan of my Mecreator2 into a hairdryer, which gave good results. I also replaced the 30mm fan that came with the E3DV6 with the one from the printer itself. This fan not only cools the hotend but also the print head underneath. It doesn't melt anymore due to the rising heat. To do this, I designed the opening of the duct so that it creates a slight under-pressure similar to a Venturi valve, which draws in enough air from below. Not too much or too little, just right. I secured the belt with the two clips. All printed parts work flawlessly. The advantages of using a Bowden extruder are a lower weight - which leads to a significant reduction in ghosting and a significantly improved print image. I can't print any faster now, but the surfaces have simply gotten better. Oh, and by the way... I've also moved the filament holder to the back. It was just too obvious. Just let me know what you think about it in the comments!
