This project is still in development and has not undergone thorough testing yet. The Mechanum Omni Directional wheel aims to facilitate movement in all forward, reverse, and side-to-side directions seamlessly. The 150mm Diameter Mechanum Wheel features a 100 Tooth GT2 Pulley (compatible with a 6mm belt) and measures 48mm in width without the pulley. Fifteen rollers are incorporated into this design, each measuring 42mm long and 19mm in diameter. Each roller utilizes two 105ZZ bearings that are 5x10x4 in size. The main wheel axle is supported by two 688Z Bearings that measure 8x16x5. Required Hardware: * 2 x 688Z 8x16x5 Bearing * 30 x 105zz 5x10x4 bearing * 30 x Mini Shim (5mm ID, 8mm OD, 1mm Thick) * 15 x M5 Low Profile Screws - 65mm Long * 6 x M5 Low Profile Screws - 50mm Long * 21 x M5 Nylock Nuts Available Hardware can be sourced from Makerparts.ca or openbuildspartstore.com.
