mechanically improved Marble Machine #3
thingiverse
My friends and I have been dealing with some issues while printing and assembling this model. The tallest legs, which are directly opposite the nameplate, kept shifting or breaking before they could join together on the track above them. I reinforced one of these legs by adding a rib to it, and also built a bridge to connect an adjacent track on the other side. This adjustment proved to be effective in resolving the problem. One additional issue we encountered was with the second fastest track, which had a leg protruding into the path of the marbles. As a result, marbles often got stuck there. To address this issue, I moved the offending leg out of the way. Fortunately, this fix worked flawlessly on my printer.
