This 1:25 scale Mechanical Transfer Press model boasts a 600-ton capacity and features a Link Lever System to regulate speed during material pressing. Designed for training purposes, it's used to form steel by deep drawing processes and includes eight transfer tools and a replica of the transfer system. There are also five spring-aided bed cushions beneath five of the tools, and the machine can be moved using a flywheel handle. The front and top parts open to reveal the Link Lever System interior. Assembly requires additional components like threaded bars, rubber, and pen springs. The model has been thoroughly tested and debugged, with most components printable without support material. The original Rhino file is available upon request, but the model is provided in seven separated DXF files for easier printing. Layers are uniquely named for easy merging, and all parts are positioned correctly at the zero point. The model is measured in millimeters. In total, 276 components need to be printed, taking approximately 150-180 hours of printing time. Several videos showcasing the working machine can be found on YouTube. To print the model, download all seven files and ignore file #5, which is only a sketch illustrating the Link Lever System's function. Create .STL files from each layer's objects in the remaining files and print them. Additional assembly requirements include four threaded bars, a rubber connector, and five pen springs, along with some glue for securing parts together.
