Mechanical rotate

The overall goal of this project is to design a robot approximately 75cm tall. To start, I identified two types of movement for all joints except those used for eyes and hands. This part of the project involves joints that require rotating movement. For other types of movement, please refer to: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3091483 Printed components include: - 1x Rotate-A: Servo mount - 1x Rotate-B: Any receiving bone adaptable to changing needs - 2x Rotate-C-2X: Two pieces of receiving axle block - 2x Rotate-D-2X: Two pieces for the bearing and rotate axle transmission - 1x Rotate-E: Axle transmission - 1x Rotate-F: Rotate joint between axle and Servo Non-printed components include: - 1x SG90 servo motor - 1x Bearing 8x12x3.5 - 10x M2.5 8mm screws - 8x M2.5 nuts Steps to assemble the rotating joint system are as follows: 1. Slide the bearing onto the rotation shaft "Rotate-E" using pliers if necessary, securing it tightly to maximize its functionality. 2. Insert the rotation axis "Rotate-E" between the two parts "Rotate-C-2X". 3. Place the four nuts in their designated spaces within the "Rotate-C-2X" parts. 4. Insert the two "Rotate-C-2X" parts into the "Rotate-B" section, then tighten the four screws securely. 5. Position the "Rotate-D-2X" parts around the axis and insert the four nuts into the "Rotate-D-2X" parts. 6. Slide the "Rotate-A" part around the "Rotate-D-2X" parts, then tighten the four screws firmly. 7. Cut a small piece of white material supplied with the servo motor to insert it into the "Rotate-F" piece. 8. Place the "Rotate-F" part on the "Rotate-E" axis, ensuring they are not covered together. 9. Position the servo motor, making sure it is inserted in the "Rotate-F" part and that the "Rotate-F" part transmits movement to the rotation axis effectively. 10. Screw the servo motor into the "Rotate-A" part securely.
