Mechanical Pipe Vice

This basic tool holds pipes securely between its clamps so they can be carefully inspected and modified. Featuring three robust jaws, this specific model boasts two fixed lower clamps and one movable upper clamp. A pipe of varying thickness is skillfully positioned within the device's grips and the integrated power screw connected to the top jaw is subsequently turned clockwise. This rotation triggers a controlled downward motion, expertly locking the pipe in place. Ranging from compact units to large machinery components, vice clamps are manufactured to accommodate diverse pipeline sizes and dimensions. In this design, the maximum diameter of pipes that can be supported is 90mm or approximately 3.6 inches in length. For users requiring larger pipeline capacity, an advanced locking mechanism allows for the adjustment of a supplementary clamp assembly, thereby permitting more spacious conduit diameters within its frame. This safety feature securely locks the tool into place upon reaching its full extension capabilities, effectively limiting unwanted movement.
