Using a Microsoft USB Inteli Mouse and Adafruit Neopixel RGB strips (not the micro ones or smth and needs like 20 in total (i think 18 to go around an 1 for the logo backlight which you will need to solder on with separate wires to the existing strip)) uses an Arduino pro micro or smth as the RGB controller (just solder a micro USB type b male connecter off of the USB input for the mouse and yeah) Needs a lot of hot glue to hold it together problems to fix: make the distance between the sensor and the surface smaller so you don't have to use a mouse pad, make the beams holding in place the PCB more secure, find a way to reinforce the RGB ring better, the scroll wheel hole needs to be moved forward (or increased in size moving forward) by about 3 mm, standard top row keycaps don't work the greatest so you might need to modify it or make your own if you want to put ur own design on the logo thing the bottom is flat so use that and i think its 20 mm in diameter
