Mechanical Keyboard - Tada68

In my quest to craft a custom 3D printed keyboard case, I stumbled upon the WhiteFox by @Matt3o. He has numerous build threads and informative videos that are extremely useful and have inspired me to attempt hand-wiring from scratch. I was captivated by his WhiteFox design but had more interest in a Tada68 layout. This is a remix of his ingenious board with my unique ideas for a custom keyboard. Additionally, I've included the "non-standard" keys required for this layout. Here's a breakdown of the Tada68 layout: To create this affordable mechanical keyboard, patience is essential as some parts need to be sourced from eBay or AliExpress in China. Here's what you'll require: Teensy 2.0 - $11 (or buy a knock-off for ~$6) Mini USB cable - $5 Rubber feet - $4-6 (or print them using TPU if available) Hardware - $4 Standard "OEM" Keycaps - $8-10 (for single color) 70 Cherry MX style switches - $10 (MX Blue clones) 100 1N4148 Diodes - $3 3 Costar plate mounted 2u stabilizers - $4 1 Costar plate mounted 6.25u stabilizer - $2 Thin wire - ? Solder + Iron - ? Patience - ? I've added a tutorial on how to add firmware via EasyAVR, including all files for this layout, which can be found on my other keyboard here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3478494 Enjoy and share your creations! If you find my Things useful, treat me to a cup of coffee using the PayPal button below: Buy me a cup of coffee $3.00 USD Buy me a massive cups of coffee $5.00 USD Give me a caffeine coma $10.00 USD Update 1: I've added v2 of the Bottom Right Panel that securely holds in the teensy for a better fit. Additionally, I've included v2 of the Left Side of the keyboard with a bigger and better fitting opening for the teensy microcontroller. Everything should now fit without modification.
