Mechanical Iris

Assemble parts easily into a compact optic holder that fits snugly in a 1-inch space. Each leaf of the pine design has a unique height, and to ensure proper alignment, start by inserting the smallest pin and work your way up to the largest in a counterclockwise rotation. To produce the required parts, print one copy each of the files except for the spacer, as there is only one spacer on the STL file; instead, you'll need to manufacture four spacers. For assembling the various plates together, use a 3 mm screw or bolt through the holes on each extension.
