Disclaimers first: 1) Print the 'Pin' components in TPU. The rest can be PLA or other rigid filament. 2) This is a challenging print. My settings may not work for you. Some prints may fail. 3) I sized this mask for a large adult head. Remixing is encouraged to create other sizes. 4) I made this design manually, but it was inspired by the work of Aerarius Metalworks. Now the fun stuff: This was my Halloween costume in 2022. It took about two months of on-and-off work to get the design to function reliably. It finally looks as terrifying as I imagined it. Is it a crow? Is it a plague mask? I don't actually know, but it scares my neighbors, and that's what matters. If you print this project, please read an comments I've offered others, or reach out to me with any new issues you encounter. I'll do my best to help you work through them.
