This functional Bottle Opener was designed for a Mechanical Design Contest, and I'm thrilled to report that it actually works! The assembly process is remarkably easy and quick to complete, making it a joy to use. Even if I don't win the contest, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to participate - it's been an absolute blast! To everyone else competing, good luck! Here's a video of the Bottle Opener in action: [Video] To print this design, you'll need: * Handle: No supports required (horizontal) * Screw: No supports needed (vertical) * Body: Supports recommended (vertical) * Left Wing: No supports necessary (horizontal) * Right Wing: No supports required (horizontal) Settings: Material: I used PLA, but feel free to experiment with other materials. Retraction: Enabled Print Speed: 60 mm/s Supports: Some are necessary Infill: 50% on all parts Assembly is incredibly simple. Just glue the screw to the handle at the base and insert them into the Body. Then, attach both wings to each side - that's it! Thank you for your interest in this design.
