Step files and video on (Consider downloading here): https://www.printables.com/model/595782-mechanical-binary-counter-moduler Fully mechanical binary counter. It's moduler so you can extend to whatever digit you want. In order to make a one “component”, you need zero_side x1 one_side x1 Zero x1 One x1 carry_piece x2 mid-left-right base (depends on where) x1 connector or handle connector x1 Then you can add them together and finish the build with handle. I'm leaving this assamble so everybody can play around with. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/ba2302744a642a2c7c61b6d8/w/efc27a218cb2c4ba97b978c1/e/41e0cd6c92046bbcdb612e90 Print Instructions No need support for any of these files. Careful with fitting parts. I tried bunch of times and this tolerance seems more reliable. Make larger the holes which you will insert the Zero and One with diamond files or something if it necessary. Also the elephants foot makes things harder for bases. Try to minimize it.
