Mechanical Arm

So this is a mechanical arm I 3D printed for Halloween of 2018. The bracers, upper arm, and pauldron will likely only fit me because it was custom designed, but it's a good place to start if you're interested in 3D printing the parts. Skulls come from thingiverse.com/thing:2396869. Adeptus Mechanicus Emblem is from thingiverse.com/thing:1098997. Printed each part separately, then sanded down to fit. Tolerance not included for the lower piston; print at 95% scaled in x and y directions, assuming you are printing the part vertically. Also, I had significant difficulty with gears (nuts shaped like gears) fitting to the bracers/upper arm, so I scaled them to 105%. Suggest doing this, though if your printer has more precision than an Ender 3 on 0.1 mm layer height, feel free to try printing at 100%, but not sure it'll have enough tolerance. Key for the hand: B - base, basically the back of your hand T - thumb p - pinky po-pointer r - ring finger m - middle finger They're numbered in such a way that 1 is closest to the back of your hand, and 3 is furthest away. Printed pauldron at 160% because 100% was too small for me.
