MECHANIC VENTILATOR MINI\r\n\r\nIf you print this project, take pleasure in the final result, don't forget to buy me a roll of filament - so I can continue testing and improving these projects or design new ones! If you're not satisfied with this design or encounter problems with your printed parts - send me a message, we'll try to fix it together! :) If you don't want or can't afford to buy me a roll of filament ... that's okay, I still hope you enjoy printing my designs! Pace!\r\n\r\n.\r\n\r\nI strongly recommend printing this system instead!\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4262345\r\n.\r\n.\r\nFor Arduino enthusiasts, please see:\r\nhttps://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=675670.0\r\n\r\nA great project with control for breathing (insp/expiration) is also available:\r\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oZHSspmdJg\r\n\r\nLast resort solutions - use your own judgment!\r\n\r\nUPDATE ! 2nd April 2020 - New BRACKET design, allowing rotation to avoid accumulating tension in the Silicon Bag during function and damage it.\r\nVersion "B" is double jointed.\r\n\r\nUPDATE ! 1st April 2020 - Design New COVER to accommodate the Bag Bracket.\r\n\r\nI print parts for the original design, and they fit perfectly.\r\n\r\nA textile loop can be controlled by an Arduino to have a manual emergency ventilator function like a mechanical one. \r\n\r\nMovement of the shaft and force applied to the bag need to be controlled by a pressure sensor that controls air pressure supplied to the patient. Frequency is set manually by medical staff.\r\n\r\nFor the pressure sensor, see adapters design: \r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4274295\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4276846\r\n\r\nTo prevent damage to the Emergency Bag, a protective SHIELD is used. Pass the textile strap through the shield.\r\n\r\nOne coil's length is slightly over 69mm ( for the first one; then it increases) . It uses about 600mm of textile strap. I use a strap removed from an old bag.\r\n\r\nThis system does not have a limit-switch.\r\n\r\n\r\nAll parts can be 3D printed.\r\n\r\nAll parts are designed to print without support.\r\n\r\nAll STL files are in the correct position for printing.\r\n\r\nIt uses a Nema 17 Stepper Motor, M4 Stud Bolt 6-8mm, and an M4 Nut to connect the motor to the shaft. Four X M3 6mm countersunk bolts connect the motor.\r\nTwo X M4 16 -18mm bolts + nuts are used for COVER\r\n\r\nThis machine has not been tested or medical approved. Use it as a last resort!\r\n\r\nStay safe, be safe!
