To ensure smooth movement, this design utilizes four units of 8mm linear bearing (15X24mm), salvaged from an old 3D printer, along with two 8 mm rods. Parts can be recovered afterwards, as the design allows for the use of the 8mm bar without cutting, provided it exceeds 250mm in length. MECHANIC VENTILATOR - These are last resort solutions! Exercise your own judgment! All parts can be 3D printed. All parts are designed to print without support. All STL files are positioned correctly for printing. This device employs a Nema 17 Stepper Motor, M4 Stud Bolt 6-8mm, and a M4 Nut to connect the motor to the shaft, along with four X M3 6mm countersunk bolts to secure the motor. Four M4 16-20mm bolts and nuts are used for the basket-arm, while four M5 20mm bolts and nuts secure the base - if attached to a table, ensure the top thickness is considered. The SHAFT features a thread pitch of 16mm, with double end threading. The motor hole is offset by 0.3, resulting in a 5.6mm diameter. A support for limit switch is integrated on the external end. Unit stability and balance are achieved using four M8 threaded bars (16 - M6 nuts and washers) measuring 270mm each - smaller sizes can be utilized with corresponding washers. Bag holding arms and additional sensors are secured to these threaded bars. An alternative version featuring a 15X35X11 bearing on one end of the shaft is also available. This design serves as last resort solutions. Use your own judgment, as more advanced and stable options exist - utilizing pneumatic machines when compressed air is accessible. However, this can function with only a power supply or in extreme situations using 12v DC accumulators. This machine has not undergone testing and lacks medical approval. Use your own judgment!
