I came up with a design that's far from flawless, but it has its charm, and since I'm willing to let go of it for the lowest price possible, here it is. Don't expect anything too revolutionary - take a look, use it as a starting point if you'd like to recreate or improve upon it, and consider it your own mechanical whale submarine design.
