Mecha Frieza is the resurrected form of Frieza, brought back from the brink of death by scientists following a catastrophic Namekian explosion and brutal self-inflicted damage that reduced him to half. Cybernetic enhancements spearheaded by King Cold give him a technological makeover, replacing most of his destroyed limbs and severely damaged body parts with cutting-edge prosthetics and heavy metal reinforcements. The left side of his face is completely reconstructed along with the entirety of his lower half, a new mechanical right arm bolted onto his shoulder. Every remaining sliver of organic flesh on display has severe scarring from past battles. The extent of these cybernetic improvements boosts his strength to an unprecedented level but never reaches its full potential as Trunks dispatches him before unleashing maximum force.
