In the spring of 2013, Olin College of Engineering offered an Introduction to Mechanical Prototyping course where students designed and built a firefighting robot. The innovative robot featured 3D printed parts and was styled after a Dalek from Doctor Who. Asa Eckert-Erdheim and Rachel Sirkin were part of the team that brought this unique project to life.
