Experience the wheel of an ongoing telepresence robot project, customizable with various parameters such as radius, roller radius, number of rollers, and roller angle. The design allows for future casting of rubber or silicone on the rollers. Check out the .scad file available on GitHub for further details: https://github.com/markfinn/markbot/tree/master/mcwheel The provided STL is a sample, and the parameters are listed at the top of the .scad file. The bottom section contains printable modules. This design uses two bearings, one bolt/nut, two washers, and four shims per roller. The hub remains solid until a drivetrain is finalized.
