I got tired of the mess that device makes when doing its job. Decided to take action. This washer closes the 3mm gap between the funnel on the material chute and the slider guide. Significantly reduces the amount of stuff falling all over the place. Print Settings: Infill: 100% Notes: Only print this with flexible filament (like NinjaFlex or a suitable alternative). I printed it at 100% infill, which gave enough rigidity between the top of the funnel and the C-shaped support holding it up.
