Meat Presses 4 to 1 and 8 to 1

I aimed to build meat presses specifically designed for burgers and sausages, catering to both 1/4 pound and 1/8 pound sizes - a ratio of 4 to 1 and 8 to 1 respectively. These presses should not directly touch the food, but instead, sandwich the meat securely between sheets of parchment paper before applying pressure from outside that layer. To ensure safety, always thoroughly sanitize any surface coming into contact with raw meat.
