Passover Seder Food Quantities To serve correctly during the Passover Seder, you need specific food and drink portions. The guidelines below outline these measurements, as set by Jewish tradition. Each item serves 2 people. Charoset: 3.5 oz (about the size of a small orange) Karpas: 4.7 oz Zeroa: None or small quantity due to kashrut issues.
