This device is not intended for medical use, which is why it's categorized under toys. It's entertaining to compare the blowing power of different individuals by monitoring the airflow generated. The airstream rotates a fan blade attached to the shaft of a small DC motor, converting mechanical energy into electrical energy as a generator. This electrical current charges a capacitor. To prevent overcharging and damaging the DC motor, a diode is integrated into the circuit. With a low-leakage capacitor, you can easily measure its value. The output voltage typically ranges from 5 volts. Instead of using a multimeter, you can utilize an LED scale for measurements. A push-button switch connected to the capacitor allows it to discharge and the circuit is then ready for another measurement. By replacing the two resistors with a 5K trimpotentiometer, you can adjust the sensitivity of the device. The design of the enclosure is up to your personal preference.
