This is a measure stop for my [Bosch plunge saw guide](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4734904) The file bosch_bar_measure_holder_cleat_holder.stl contains a special version which enables you to hang it to a [French Cleat system](https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=french+cleat) Material needed --------------------- 1x Alu Bar 15x2mm - length according to your needs 1x DIN912 M3x10 screw 1x DIN912 M3x6 screw (for end stop) 2x M3 nut 2x M3 washer 1x DIN933 M8x TODO Screw 1x M8 nut 1x [Self sticking measure tape](https://amzn.to/2LPFSCR) Other helpful stuff ------------------------ * Aluminium Bosch profile 30x30 (who would have guessed) * [Bessey GTR16S6H Clamps (fit into the Bosch profile!)](https://amzn.to/3qNqtS6) Printing ---------- * Set 1 can be printed without support * Set 2 (measue_stop_set2_support-needed.stl) will need support (see model) Assembly bosch bar side --------------------------------- <ol> <li> insert your aluminium profile carefully into the holder_bosch_bar_side. If tight widen it with a knife - if to much force is applied you might spit the print</li> <li> drill the 3mm hole into the aluminium </li> <li> screw the DIN912 M3x10 screw though the hole and tighten the nut </li> </ol> Assembly measurement stop side --------------------------------------------- <ol> <li>Insert th M8 nut</li> <li>Insert the plate</li> <li>slide over the aluminium bar</li> <li>screw in the M8 screw with the knob attached</li> </ol> Calibration --------------- <ol> <li>Fasten your bosch profile to a piece of scrap wood</li> <li>make your test cut</li> <li>stick your ruler in a way that the zero matches your cut</li> </ol> Optional ------------ * Drill a 3mm hole at the end of the aluminium bar and add the M3x6 screw + washer + nut as an endstop Support -------------- If you find this design useful buy me a [coffee via paypal](https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/bbremer123).
