Measure calibration

I'm testing out my printer to see if it's printing with accurate dimensions. This is my first design, and I want to make sure everything is coming out right. The cylinders on this model have diameters of 9.5mm, 7.5mm, and 5.5mm. The heights are 47mm, 44mm, and 41mm. The base measures in at 100mm x 25mm x 28 mm. I've also included holes on the base with diameters of 10mm, 8mm, and 6mm each, and they go all the way down to a depth of
