I design laser-cut enclosures to replace stock power supplies. My creation specifically targets the Meanwell SE-600 series, made to work with the Rigidbot platform by utilizing its output cable and adding an on/off switch along with a standard IEC-14 connector. The material used for this enclosure is 0.22" acrylic, which can be printed in one single piece from an 18x24" sheet. Keep in mind that profile adjustments will need to be made according to the thickness of your material. I sourced the required 18x24" acrylic sheets from Lowe's and purchased a bag containing three M3 socket cap screws (5/8mm length, zinc plated) with plain ends for the metric series. Each screw hole is precisely designed to allow the passage through to the case casing side. Additionally, you will need two #6-32 3/8" flat head machine screws that come in an eight-piece pack from The Home Depot and are compatible for use on the flat side switch with a Schurter C14 screw mount plug using dimensions based on specifications from typ DC11 of pdf data sheet file.
