Meanwell PT-65b DIN Mount
prusaprinters
For my current 3D printer project, I wanted to mount all of my electronics onto DIN rails. For my 5V and 12V source (it'll always be powered on), I have a Meanwell PT-65B from a previous project that I'll use to power my raspberry pi 2, 12v fans, some LEDs, and a USB hub. I ended up remixing two things to make this: the PT-65B mount from retrofriends (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4966573) and the DIN rail clip by marauder156 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3640994) I used M4 screws to hold (the screws fit snugly). If you want it more secure, theres room enough to put m4 nuts and long enough screws to hold it down more securely. Just putting this out there if anyone else wants to use it. *Update 7/7/2022* Updated the items to use a M3 Nut to secure the PSU down vs using the part to grip the screws. Also created a version of the mounts so that I can have the PSU mount in different directions. Print Settings Printer: Tronxy X5SA Resolution: .2 Infill: 25 Filament: Generis PLA Gold Notes: I used PLA as I just recently got it and only used PLA on this printer. I think PETG would be more suitable for heat resistance. Category: 3D Printing
