I created this custom bracket in Tinkercad, and it serves my needs perfectly. However, I had to relocate my power supply unit without compromising the integrity of my IKEA desktop, which has a thin top surface that I didn't want to drill through. The design isn't flawless – the weight of the PSU and cord is causing some sagging in the bracket. To improve its structural integrity, I would suggest printing two brackets, each about half the original height. All walls are 5mm thick for added stability.
