I was searching for a custom cover for my new PSU to fit on my Ender 2, but couldn't find one that met my requirements - a switch, secure mounting to the PSU, and connectors for each AC and DC cable. There wasn't a single cover that inspired me to create this one, so I designed it from scratch, measured, and drew it myself. To ensure the connectors fit perfectly, I had to measure and draw them too. The print is straightforward, with no supports needed. Edit: To print the cover, you need to flip it upside-down. I used a rocker switch I already had. The hole dimensions are 10.6 x 31.0 mm. Both connectors are secured to the box using M3 x 10mm bolts and nuts. For the box cover, I used tiny M2 x 6mm metal screws I already had. For the wiring, I extended the 12V cable from ~25cm to 50 cm using 2.5mm2 wires. The 12V cable end going into the printer board is secured by screwing stripped twisted wires into the board connector. All cable ends going into the PSU are crimped with blue cable shoes, which I purchased at my local store. Most PC cables will fit this AC connector. I'll add more photos of the wiring later. If you have any questions, just ask!
