Meanwell NES-350-12 Power Supply Cover
thingiverse
To safeguard the terminals of my Meanwell nes-350-12 power supply, I designed a cover that easily slips on and secures with two M4x6 flat head screws. The power cable is retained by a clip and two screws, using 1/8" self-tapping screws for added stability. It features holes for 14-gage wires to carry DC current out. After several iterations, the design now reinforces the M4 screws' sitting area with ribs, making it capable of holding the Hadron printer's weight without breaking. To print the cover, use slic3r 0910b for a 70% infill and 2.5 mm rectilinear grid support, which takes about 3.5-4 hours. Don't forget to apply a dab of blue loctite on the screws as there is plastic in the clamp.
