I'm considering purchasing a new power supply for my control box after two failed units. I've found the Meanwell NES-350-12 to be a reliable option and have also designed a 240w version that can be found on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2020651. To install this power supply, you'll need several components: This Bracket The original M3 8mm cap bolts used to secure the old power supply 4 new M3 5mm cap bolts for mounting I've designed the NES-350 power supply to be moved back by 5mm in order to make room for a 25mm fan on the back plate. This design is intended to work with the back plate found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1472100.
