This design is to replace the top cover of the Meanwell LRS-350 power supply so you can fit a Noctua A4x20 or A4x10 fan inside that sits vertically. I designed this because I used the Noctua A6x25 mounted facing down like the original design and found that the fan will come on quite strong and produces a lot of wind noise. In this arrangement, the wind will blow more directly to the component and the A4 series is whisper quiet.
