Meanwell LRS-350 outlet and cover
prusaprinters

This is a simple cover for the Meanwell LRS-350 series of power supplies. It has a mounting hole for an IEC-14 power socket (commonly available from Amazon) and covers the voltage terminals of the power supplies.

Print instructions

This one was printed in PETG with layer height of 0.30 mm, 10% infill, and no supports. Some bridging is required for the vent holes but doesn't seem to pose a problem for my printers.

Many power sockets come with a mounting tab on either side of the socket; I was able to easily remove one of the tabs by scoring several times with a utility knife. This enables the power supply to sit flush on a table or mounted against another surface (using the Meanwell's built-in mounting holes).

I use a simple M3 screw to attach the power socket to the cover, and two M4x6 screws to attach the cover to the power supply.

The hole for the output power leads is 3/8" in diameter to allow for an optional rubber grommet.

I'm including the Fusion 360 export in case people want to modify this further.
