This is a remix of item 4615706 - where that design required a hex nut to be used in order to mount the lid, this design lets you use the stock screws. Just be careful not to strip out the holes. I used a lighter to slightly warm one of the stock screws (by holding the screw in the flame for right around three seconds), then before mounting, I used the screw to cut the threads, then backed the screw out to let the plastic cool. Then when I mounted the lid, I tightened the screws until they were flush with the side of the PSU and I did not tighten any further than that. It works perfectly. When using a 4-wire fan in this scenario where you are replacing a 2-wire fan, the black wire is ground, and the yellow wire is positive (12 volts in this case). The other two wires as you will notice, I tucked out of the way, and after taking the picture, I put a couple of dabs of hot glue on the blue and green wires to make sure they stay out of the way since they are not used at all in this application.
