This is a custom clamp designed specifically for securing a Meanwell LRS-350 power supply unit (PSU) to 2040 aluminum extrusions. To install the clamp, you will need two M4 screws with a diameter of 8mm, which will be used to attach the clamp directly to the PSU itself, and another two M5 screws measuring 10mm in diameter for securely fastening the clamp to the extrusion frame. To ensure optimal print quality, we recommend printing this design at a minimum infill density of 30%, with three concentric perimeters for added structural integrity. Additionally, it is essential to allocate five layers each for both the top and bottom surfaces, guaranteeing a robust and durable finished product.
