Original Statement: The Meanwell LRS-350-24 is undoubtedly one of the top 3D printer power supplies available. It boasts exceptional reliability and relatively compact dimensions. FLSUN i3 printers come equipped with a standard 12V power supply, which proves limiting in many instances. Furthermore, this power supply was originally mounted on a flimsy bracket, resulting in noticeable vibrations during printing. These vibrations inevitably affect the print quality. After conducting an exhaustive search through Thingiverse for a suitable power supply mount compatible with a 2020 frame, I found all available options lacking in one or more aspects. Therefore, I decided to create my own power supply mount inspired by the outstanding work of fellow Thingiverse members. The primary objectives guiding my design process were as follows: * The mount must provide exceptional rigidity and be capable of accommodating any printer that utilizes 2020 extrusions and an H-frame (FLSUN, Creality, Geetech, Alphawise, etc.). * No exposed bolts should be visible; instead, they will be flush with the surface. * A power switch and standard plug must be incorporated into the design. * Easy access to the voltage regulator for minor adjustments to the output is essential. * Cables should emerge below the mount within the 2020 rails to conceal them from view. * The exterior of the mount should align perfectly with the 2020 frame, allowing for the use of reinforcement brackets such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H4YPT64. * The power supply should be secured using existing LRS M6 mounting holes. * The mount must not obstruct or restrict cooling vents or fans in any way.
