Mean Well SP-320 Power Supply Cover for Prusa i3
thingiverse
A protective cover for a Mean Well SP-320 power supply is designed to shield young fingers from mains connections. This cover fits easily on the left side of a Prusa i3 sheet frame, like MakerFarm kits, and offers access to the power switch. Inspired by STB's basic design and size, I incorporated Mortorojo's power connector and switch from their different-sized power supply cover. Components were sourced from Altronics: a C14 IEC male socket chassis mount and an SPST mini rocker switch. The 3D print requires three perimeters and 0.1 infill, with 5mm thick power supply walls to prevent delamination issues. Wall thickness can be adjusted in the OpenSCAD file if desired.
