Mean Well SP-320-24 PSU 100mm Fan Cover

Replacement top cover for a Mean Well SP-320-24 power supply with mounting holes for a 100mm fan. This power supply shipped with the Monoprice dual extrusion and some of the other Replicator clones like the Flashforge Creator Pro. The stock 60mm fan is constant on and very noisy, so replacing it with a low speed 100mm fan cuts down machine noise significantly, especially at idle. There are two files: the particular fan I bought ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0781Y87ZT/ ) came with some rubber pull-through mounts as well as typical case fan screws. There is an STL for each set up, but only the rubber mount version has been printed and tested. The only difference between the two is the size of the through-holes for the fan mount. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100 Filament: Amazon Basics PETG Notes: The SP-320-24 is a 24V PSU, but the internal fan header runs at 12V. Any 100mm 12V fan should work. Installing this will require running the printer without the bottom cover panel installed. Placing the printer on risers of some kind would also be advisable; a 25mm deep fan just barely fits under the printer on the stock feet. Category: 3D Printer Parts
