Mean Well LRS-200 PSU Case

This is the case with connectors and power switch for Mean Well LRS-200-12, inspired by Creality Ender 2 PSU case [Modular power supply PSU cover by RaffoSan](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2783353). I used this case with the PSU that came with my Ender 2, which was a no-name 250W model with a noisy fan. People were recommending Mean Well LRS-200-12 as a fanless replacement, so I got one to test it out. The problem was that I couldn't find a case or cover for it that I liked, and I wasn't happy with simply screwing cables to PSU contacts like Creality originally intended because then I wouldn't have a power switch. So I went ahead and modeled one for LRS-200-12 in the style of one made by RaffoSan. This model is basic compared to his, but it has a hole for the IEC plug with fuse and switch, as well as a hole for the connector plate for banana plugs that I used before. The plate is the same size as "Cover1" type plates for RaffoSan's PSU cover, so if you want to use two XT60 connectors, you can print "cover1_2xt60.stl" from his files. There are two versions of the case: normal and looser. The normal version has a space for the PSU with dimensions of 215x115x30 millimeters and is somewhat a tight fit. I learned this when I printed it - the PSU fits, but it's really snug. So I made a looser one that's a tad bigger, with a space of 215x115.5x30.25 millimeters. Not much larger, but if you're not sure your printer is spot on with dimensions, this one is probably safer to print. You'll fit your PSU easier. I printed it with PETG, although I don't see any reason why it couldn't be printed with PLA. For PLA, though, I would recommend the looser version because of how PLA is less flexible than PETG and a tight fit might break side arms.
