A protective shield for Mean Well power supplies is designed to safeguard exposed AC terminals of a MEAN WELL RSP-100-5 (5V/20A) Enclosed Power Supply, such as those sold by Sparkfun. It fits any Mean Well power supply with dimensions: W: 97mm, H: 38mm, D: Any. A small opening is included for AC wiring, preventing fingers from coming into contact with live AC terminals. Larger holes around DC terminals enable secure connection and disconnection of DC wiring without removing the protective cover. This design was created in Sketchup and printed on a Snapmaker 1.0 using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. No supports are required if oriented correctly, but adding a raft may help prevent sharp corners from lifting during printing.
