Meaker's MK18 Metric/EU
thingiverse
You can swap out original parts for M4 rods and nuts along with a metric OD32ID28mm plunger tube if you need or prefer to use them. Make sure you also get all the other required parts from the original set. The STL files are not properly aligned for printing as is. - You'll need a new plunger head designed specifically for ID28 plunger tubes, which fit perfectly with OD32mm PVC drain pipes commonly found in Europe. To assemble it, use one 21x3.5mm (OD 28mm) O-ring. - Modify your MK18R4 parts to accommodate tighter nut slots for M4 nuts instead of standard US ones. You'll require two self-locking and two standard nuts. - The front and rear components have been redesigned with easier tightening in mind, making it simpler to secure the nuts. - A ball-pen spring should provide sufficient tension for the catch; use about half of it for optimal performance. The plunger tube may not fit snugly at first, but help it along with some electrician's tape. Ensure a tight seal (airtight) at the front end, while leaving the back slightly looser to allow air to pass through freely. Remember that using strong springs might be against the law in your European country, so please check local regulations before proceeding.
