Machine Fabricated Decking Staircases. G-Code Parameters ( Steps, Assembly1, Assembly2, Assembly3 ) compatible with a 6mm Cutting Bit.. High-density Fibreboard (HDF) 18 - 20 mm thick. The calibration pins are precision-cut using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technology. Single bit tool for milling and drilling purposes is employed. A 6mm, two-flute flat end cutting bit is utilised for its high material removal rate capabilities. Drilled holes measure 7mm in diameter. One integrated G-Code file encompasses functions for both drilling and pin calibration as well as milling and cut-off operations... Designed with SolidWorks software. This decking staircase construction yields robust, budget-friendly, rapid production results...
