MDF Airplane Toys CNC Laser

I created these models for my child when he was around three years old. Crayons work well on MDF as you can see in the finished product. These pieces were cut out using a 100W CNC laser from .205" thick MDF. A lower power system would also have been suitable. The propellers are oversized, designed with the mindset that for a three-year-old child, an airplane is ninety percent propeller and ten percent everything else!
