MDD V1.3 Hemera adapter plate with BLTouch

This is an adaptation of Printermods.com MDD v1.2 Hemera adapter for the MDD v1.3. update 1/2/21 Added a cable holder/strain relief to the adapter plate. I also changed the haxagonal holes for the nuts to be 0.05mm smaller to make them press fit tight. Update 1/10/21 I have added and X-Axis endstop that is a modified version of the one designed by Pritner Mods. This one puts the nozzle very near the edge of the bed, within a couple of millimeters. I have included STL for a part cooling duct and mount. It uses the parts from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4042492 (Hemera V6/ Volcano Part Cooling Duct & Mount) it has been mirrored as it was originally designed for a Hemera mounted in a different orientation. Update 1/11/21 The NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET I am using is X-60 Y+10, the Z is specific to your printer.
